This introduction to Yantra Painting course will help you strengthen your concentration while cultivating a one pointed focus. You will practice chanting at least one Vedic mantra for each yantra you paint.
However we mostly start with the Ganesh Yantra, suggestions can be made to help you choose which yantra will help pacify an individual influencing planet and thereby harmonize your inner and outer well being.
An introduction to the chakras, the solar system, various deities and how they relate to your daily life is also included.
This two-week Yantra Painting course includes a morning Hatha Yoga Asana class with Mandakini as well.
