    Shiva Tantra Mantra Meditation Residential Course, based on the Shiva Sutra, will be taught by Ganga Puri February 2 - 17, 2026. The Shiva Sutra (Śivasūtra-s) by Vasugupta, is an ancient scripture from which arose Kashmir Shaivism during the 9th century. 77 aphorisms (poetic lines of Sanskrit text) provide a very deep threefold explanation about our consciousness, its evolution and the 36 tatvas (elements) that make up the human body.

    In this introductory two week Yantra Painting & YogAsana Residential course led by Mandakini Puri, you will strengthen your concentration, while cultivating a one pointed focus. Start your morning as any other at Santosh Puri Ashram with a 1.5 hour YogAsana Session (Hatha Yoga, pranayam and meditation). Spend the afternoon chanting a Vedic mantra for the chosen deity or planet while painting their representative yantra. February 19th - March 2nd, 2026 in Uttarakhand, India
